The Nunavut Inuit Labour Force Analysis (NILFA), drafted by Employment and Social Development Canada with contributions from the Government of Nunavut and our project partners Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated, was recently released. The development of a NILFA is an obligation under Article 23 of the Nunavut Agreement. It is required to be maintained and updated on an ongoing basis.
