Chloé Doucet MA Student, Université de Montréal Research Assistant, Intergovernmental Relations and Multilevel Governance Chloé Doucet is a Master’s student in political science at the University of Montreal. Her academic interests include theories of civil society, citizenship and immigration with a focus on Indigenous Peoples Rights. Her current research focuses on the political translation of the international norm of Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) by indigenous actors. In her Master’s Thesis, she tries to analyze the concept of refusal as a mode of appropriation of FPIC with a critical perspective. Her work presents a comparative view between Canada and Latin America.
